Receiver/Stocker

Performance Expectations:

• Safety: Follow required procedures, wear assigned PPE, complete equipment checks, and promptly report hazards and incidents.
• Quality: Prepare mixes to approved specifications, count and issue materials accurately, and maintain proper container identification.
• Production support: Check supply levels and replenish assigned materials in time to meet production needs; report shortages promptly.
• Time management and task completion: Manage time effectively with minimal day-to-day direction. Balance scheduled tasks and unexpected needs, follow through on interrupted work, and complete recurring and end-of-shift duties on time. Promptly communicate priority conflicts or delays that may prevent completion.
• Housekeeping: Keep assigned work areas, raw material storage, outdoor areas, and compactor areas clean and organized.
• Communication and conduct: Provide timely updates, cooperate with coworkers, and follow the Oasis Team Member Policies and Guidelines Handbook.

Experience

• Prior experience preferred working in manufacturing environments involving inventory management and materials handling.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations including the use of RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment is highly desirable.
• Bilingual skills or multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication within diverse teams.
• Strong organizational skills coupled with basic math proficiency are essential for accurate inventory control.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset will help foster positive interactions with team members and store personnel.
