This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy organized, hands-on work and take pride in maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Training is provided for motivated candidates.

Position Summary

As a Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for handling incoming deliveries, verifying shipment information, organizing received products, and supporting inventory accuracy throughout the warehouse. Your attention to detail will help ensure smooth operations and reliable product flow.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify quantities against packing slips and receiving documents.
• Record and update receiving information in company systems.
• Assist with unloading and moving incoming products to designated storage areas.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
• Label and organize inventory for efficient storage and retrieval.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and documentation.
• Support inventory counts and stock verification activities.
• Keep receiving and storage areas clean and organized.
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
