About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Receiving team member to join us. This role is essential to maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our receiving and inventory processes. The position requires a proactive, independent worker who can prioritize tasks, follow established procedures closely, and solve problems through collaboration, creativity, and logic.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving:
• Unloading Trucks
• Receive and track incoming shipments and inventory movement in our warehouse management system.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock area.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Additional duties:
• Stage work vehicles and assist with scheduling their basic maintenance.
• Crosstrain in Shipping, and Warehouse
• Proactively manage and prioritize daily tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications and attributes

• Need to have valid Utah Driver's License
• 2+ years previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Adept at learning new digital inventory systems.
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently, great work ethic, and open to help other areas when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand, crouch, and climb stairs.
