Opportunity Highlights

• Pay: $19.31 per hour
  • Base Pay: $19.06 per hour
  • Shift Differential: $0.25 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time; 2nd Shift | Mon-Fri | 3PM-11:30PM
• Location: Millington, TN

What will you do? Make an impact!

As a Receiving Clerk, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by managing the paperwork behind incoming waste shipments. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with systems, staying organized, and ensuring accuracy in a compliance-driven environment.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Review incoming shipment paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Enter manifest data into internal systems, verifying regulatory details
• Generate and apply labels for waste containers using tracking software
• Partner with customer service to resolve documentation discrepancies
• Maintain organized digital and physical records of shipments
• Process and upload manifests and billing documents to required systems
• Other duties as assigned

Do you have what it takes?

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Comfortable using computers and data entry systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic math skills and ability to follow written procedures
• Knowledge of DOT/RCRA regulations or SAP is a plus
