Receiving Clerk - 3rd Shift

Job Overview
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will ensure inbound and outbound shipments are handled properly with an in depth understanding of warehouse processes and procedures working under occasional guidance. In this role, you will complete activities involved with the receipt and documentation of the shipment and receipt of goods and ensure documentation and record keeping is accurate. Handle these and all other assignments while maintaining food safety within a safe work environment. While performing the duties of Mt Crawford, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions with slippery surfaces; moving mechanical parts; fast paced cold environment (<32ºF to -35ºF). Position requires standing throughout the shift and the use of PPE is required in all areas of the facility

Duties

• Review and complete shipping and receiving documentation, enter information into computerized systems, support others in resolving issues through use of knowledge of processes and procedures.
• Conduct cycle counts and may support reporting or reconciliation.
• Stabilize trucks with chocks and may oversee the loading and unloading vehicles.
• Interact regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement spanning the full range of facility operations with authority to make moderate changes, as defined by management.
• Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures including equipment lock ins and outs and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Previous warehousing experience (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible hours (come in early or stay late, including weekends when needed)
• Must be able to obtain Fork Lift Driver’s certification
• Must be able to work in fast pace environment.

Schedule

• 3rd Shift hours: 11:30PM - 8:00AM, hours may vary depending on production

Pay: From $25.25 per hour
