Receiving Clerk 收货员

• 根据采购申请单或每日食品订货单核实和清点验收的货品。
• 确保所有所收的货品符合采购订货要求、质量良好且符合具体规格要求。
• 退还不符合验收标准的货品。
• 尽快将验收合格的货物移交仓储区域，减少和避免员工偷盗以及货物腐烂变质等。
• 保存酒店所有收货物品及退还货品的相关凭单。
• 每天对酒店采购的货品填写收货记录汇总。
• 根据需要联系仓库搬运工或管事部员工清洁收货通道，以确保收货台的清洁。
• 熟悉精通所有酒店经营设备的型号和规格等内容，包括保存好产品目录，样品图片以及产品的其他相关资料。
• 履行其他规定的职责。
