Receiving Coordinator

The Receiving Coordinator ensures all incoming goods are processed accurately and efficiently. This role supports warehouse operations, purchasing, and production by maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring materials are available when needed.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect deliveries using proper safety procedures
• Compare shipment contents with purchase orders and packing lists
• Document shortages, overages, or damaged goods
• Enter receiving data into inventory management systems
• Coordinate returns or exchanges with vendors
• Track backorders and communicate status updates
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus)
• Basic Word and Excel knowledge
• Reliability and strong work ethic

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 48.0 per week
