JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

The inspection of all incoming materials received by the Company.

Activities

• The inspection of actual materials and attributes of those materials received verses the documentation of the requirements of those materials as identified in the Quality System.
• Records non-conformities and notifies and coordinates with document control and/or purchasing the resolution of those non-conformities.
• Records the inspection completion status and moves the material to proper place within the receiving area.
• Files documentation.
• Other activities as conditions require.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma. Good skill with basic arithmetic.
• Minimum of two years experience in receiving inspection or quality control.
• PCB Fab and Mechanical inspection experience desirable.
• Ability to use all standard inspection tools for parts verification.
• Ability to interpret drawings per ASME Y14.5 dimensioning and tolerance standards.
• High energy level and self motivated.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
