Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible to ensure all incoming materials adhere to quality inspection standards in accordance with the company’s Repair Station Manual/Quality Control Manual (RSM/QSM) and Quality Management System (QMS).

• Receive items in corridor system, Pentagon MRO, and Distribution.

• Verify P/N and S/N on items being shipped to and from AerSale.

• Keep track of parts in Quarantine cage.

• Supervise Receiving Dept to ensure all Receiving Inspectors are on task and following all Receiving procedures and processes.

-Ensure Receiving Queue workload is processed in order received and in a timely manner.

• Must be available to be the Point of Contact for the Receiving Dept via Email and Phone.

• As well as other duties assigned.

Supervises: All Current Receiving Inspectors

Education and Experience:

• H.S. diploma or G.E.D. certificate.

• Holder of FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license preferred.

• Must be fully trained on receiving parts as per FAA requirements.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

Abilities and Skills:

• Typing skills must be at least 35 wpm.

• Attention to detail is imperative.

• Must be able to multi-task.

• Must be efficient with a desire to succeed.

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work product.
