Reception

About the role

Manage front desk operations by assisting students, visitors, contractors and guests, handling calls, directing enquiries, and providing accurate information in person, by phone or email.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to unwell and/or injured students, including administering firstaid to students
• Handle frontline counter, incoming calls/mails and enquiries
• Maintain and monitor office and first-aid supplies, including the loaningof first-aid kits by staff
• Manage pupils-related matters such as updating of pupils’ records andclass attendance
• Assist in events and activities based on the school’s needs
• Assist in school general administrative matters in the General Office
• Assist in any other duties assigned by the school.

About you

• Minimum Secondary level
• At least one year experience working as a front desk receptionist in school setting and general administration
• Pleasant personality with good communication and inter-personal skills
• Able to speak and write in English, and able to speak and write in Chinese / mandarin.
• Preferably have first-aid knowledge
