Reception

We are looking for a responsible, polite, and organized Veterinary Laboratory Receptionist to manage front-desk activities, coordinate with veterinary clinics and pet parents, receive samples, maintain records, and support the laboratory team with day-to-day administrative activities.

• ttend incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from veterinary clinics, doctors, and pet parents.
• Receive and coordinate blood, urine, swab, tissue, and other veterinary samples from clinics.
• Verify sample details, patient information, test requests, and requisition forms before submitting samples to the technical team.
• Enter patient/sample details accurately into the laboratory software/system.
• Coordinate with the sample pickup team/Porter for timely sample collection.
• Inform clinics regarding sample requirements, rejection criteria, turnaround time, and test availability.
• Coordinate with the technical team regarding pending, urgent, or additional tests.

Required Skills

• Good communication and telephone etiquette.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and WhatsApp.
• Good typing and data-entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain records accurately.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Polite, professional, and patient attitude.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
