RECEPTION / DENTAL ASSISTANT

Job Summary

We are a solo general dental practice team in need for one more member to join us, liaising between the front reception and the clinical side.

If you have dental / medical experience, customer service skills, good work ethics, our office is a great place to meet your calling and make a difference.

Duties

• Greet patients warmly and efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes using dental practice management software such as Dentrix or Epic.
• Schedule appointments accurately, confirm upcoming visits, and manage patient records with attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and sterile clinical environment in compliance with health regulations.
• Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about treatments and appointment availability.
• Manage patient files, insurance documentation, and billing processes with transparency and accuracy.
• Support the dental team with administrative tasks such as inventory management of dental supplies.

Skills

• Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentally is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology.
• Excellent communication skills to serve as an effective dental receptionist and patient advocate.

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 32.0 per week
