Reception Head

• Oversees the overall performance of the Service Advisors in terms of meeting their monthly targets.
• Monitors traffic flow in the Reception Area and driveway for ease of receiving and loading.
• Eliminates unreasonable waiting time of customers in the Reception Area.
• Monitors time promises and fixed quoted prices given by the Service Advisors to all customers accommodated for the day.
• Conducts daily review of units received by the Service Advisors to minimize tasks with ‘work-in-progress’ status in the workshop.
• Handles customer complaints that may require Management’s attention.
• Establishes good business relationships with the Customers to ensure repeat business.
• Relates technical information and assistance to all Service Advisors if needed.
• Makes certain that Service department employees comply with safety regulations, hazardous waste disposal and right-to-know policies and procedures.
• Supervises and monitors Warranty Claims submitted to the Principal if deemed necessary.
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any four year course.
• Has gained at least 5 years Customer Service experience in Supervisory or Managerial capacity.
• Preferably knowledgeable in the Automotive Industry.
• Have excellent organization, planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in the use of office based applications, internet, web browsing and online services.
