Reception Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Hospital Reception Head who have minimmum 3 year experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register patients and collect necessary personal and medical information
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or staff
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Handle billing inquiries, basic payments, and insurance coordination
• Guide patients to departments, wards, or doctors
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
• Manage emergency situations by directing patients appropriately
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (degree in healthcare administration is a plus)
• Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred
• Knowledge of hospital procedures and medical terminology (basic level)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion and discretion
• Basic computer knowledge (hospital management systems, MS Office)

Pay: ₹8,453.82 - ₹20,000.00 per month
