Reception Manager

The Role

Here at Ealing Park Health Centre our friendly reception team help and support patients to access the appropriate information, services or healthcare professional in a polite, efficient and effective way. We are seeking a motivated Reception Manager to provide leadership to our busy front-of-house team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reception team, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, handling staff rotas, supporting training and performance management, and helping to maintain efficient administrative processes.

Essential requirements:

• Previous experience as a GP reception manager or senior GP receptionist
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong IT and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Knowledge of GP SystmOne and NHS primary care is desirable

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
