Reception Manager (m/f/d)

To lead our Front Office, we are looking for a warm, confident, and inspiring Reception Manager (m/f/d) who, together with the team, embodies our philosophy of genuine, personalized hospitality.

Your Tasks

• Managing all operational processes in the front office
• Organizing daily operations at the front desk
• Team leadership
• Warmly welcoming guests upon check-in and check-out
• Guest support and communication
• Quality assurance and quality control
• Complaint management
• Monitoring the preparation and updating of various programs/lists
• Smooth communication and collaboration with various departments
• Training of new employees

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the upscale hospitality industry
• Very good knowledge of English, Italian, and German
• ASA-J certification is a plus
• Computer and IT skills (Microsoft Office suite)
• Flexibility and strong organizational skills
• Communication skills
• Sales talent
• Strong guest-oriented approach
• A professional and confident demeanor
