Reception / Night Audit

QUALIFICATIONS

• Male
• Age range: 22 - 28 years old
• Minimum education: diploma or S1 (equivalent), majoring in hospitality or tourism is preferred.
• Experience minimum 2 years in a same position
• Familiar with the VHP system
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Can join immediately.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct daily night audit and ensure all transactions are accurate and balanced.
• Verify guest accounts, room charges, payments, and daily revenue.
• Prepare daily night audit and Front Office reports.
• Handle late-night check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.
• Monitor room status and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure smooth Front Office operations throughout the night.
