Reception Salon Coordinator

WE’RE HIRING – RECEPTIONIST / COORDINATOR

Prestige Studio is looking for a friendly, organized and confident Receptionist / Coordinator to join our team!

You’ll be helping keep our salon running smoothly while supporting our team of 12 senior stylists.

Your TWO main roles will be:

Social Media – helping create, post and manage content across our social media platforms and keeping our online presence active and engaging.

Communicating with Clients – welcoming clients, answering phone calls, responding to messages and emails, booking appointments and making sure our clients feel looked after from the moment they contact us.

Other responsibilities include:

Stock takes and keeping on top of salon stock
Assisting our 12 senior stylists and helping the salon run smoothly General salon cleaning and keeping the salon tidy and presentable

What we’re looking for:

A background in hairdressing or beauty is preferred
Someone friendly, bubbly and confident
Great communication skills
Social media savvy and creative
Highly organized and reliable
Someone who enjoys being part of a busy, fun team
