About the role
As a Reception & Guest Relations Executive, you will be a key point of contact before, during and after each visit, helping to create a guest experience that feels personal, seamless and thoughtfully managed.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reservations, enquiries, confirmations and special requests accurately
- Welcome guests warmly and coordinate seating with the restaurant team
- Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences and occasion details with discretion
- Communicate guest requirements clearly to service and culinary colleagues
- Handle reservation changes and guest concerns calmly and professionally
About you
- Relevant reception or guest-relations experience in fine-dining restaurants
- Strong spoken English and Chinese; Cantonese and/or Mandarin
- A warm, confident manner and polished professional presentation
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and telephone etiquette
- The ability to manage competing requests while remaining composed
- A proactive, team-first attitude and respect for guest confidentiality
