Job Description

DR Aravind IVF Hospital is looking for a friendly, organised, and responsible Receptionist to support front-office operations and assist patients and visitors. Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors and guide them to the appropriate department.
• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to general enquiries.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors and hospital staff.
• Maintain patient registration details and front-office records.
• Provide clear information about appointments and hospital services.
• Manage patient queues and support smooth reception operations.
• Coordinate with billing and administrative teams when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks and document management.
• Ensure the reception area remains neat, organised, and professional.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience required.
• Experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare front office is an advantage.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.
• Friendly attitude, punctuality, and patient-handling skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
