Job scope
- Welcome customers enquiring about mobile issues
- Basic technical troubleshoot for the handphone and explain it to customers
- Attend to service customer enquiries promptly and politely
- Ensure data entry of keying of customer’s details and mobile details with accuracy
- Cooperate closely with technician especially for the handover of mobile handset and customer info
Requirements
Previous relevant experience is highly preferred
Able to commit working days per week, including weekends and PH
Candidates who are able to start work within short notice will be an advantage
Comfortable with 2 months contract
