Receptionist (25K-28k)

Our clients,  looking for a Receptionist to join their team

Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk and reception operations in a professional manner
• Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and business guests
• Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and hospitality arrangements
• Support office administration and ad hoc operational tasks
• Work closely with the reception team to ensure seamless front-of-house coverage
• Maintain a high standard of presentation and service at all times

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of corporate office reception experience is essential
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Professional, polished, and client-facing presentation
• Experience working within law firms, financial institutions, consulting firms, or other corporate environments is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
