We are currently looking for an experienced Administration Officer , to join the friendly and team Saturday and Sunday 9.00AM to 3.00PM Perm Part Time

What does your new role look like?

• Providing a range of administrative functions including scheduling of staff meetings, documentation, responding to queries over the phone or via email
• Maintaining client and staff database/records
• Ordering supplies such as staff uniform, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders
• Providing efficient, friendly, and professional service to all internal/external customers
• Assisting with facility accounts and bank processing in an accurate and timely manner
• The location of the role is 32 John Oxley Drive , Port Macquarie NSW
