About the Role

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and well-presented Receptionist to join our aesthetic clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of receptionist/front-desk experience specifically within an aesthetic, dermatology, or medical clinic and be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and professionally assist patients and visitors.
• Manage front-desk operations, appointments, calls, and WhatsApp inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Handle payments, invoices, and basic administrative duties.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatments.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
• Provide excellent customer service and support patient retention.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, or medical clinic.
• Good knowledge of DHA guidelines, regulations, and clinic procedures.
• Good working knowledge of medical/clinic management software systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer-service attitude.
• Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp, and patient inquiries.
• excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Available to join immediately.
• Candidates with experience in Dubai aesthetic clinics are preferred.
• candidates with own visa are preferred
