Who are we

We're progressive, growth-focused, and embrace technology to help our people and clients thrive. Most importantly, we're a people-first business that invests in our team, supports career development, and genuinely values work-life balance. If you're looking for a workplace where your contribution is valued and your growth is encouraged, you've found it.
What's the role?
We're looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Receptionist who will also have Personal Assistant responsibilities. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors helping to create a professional and welcoming experience for everyone who interacts with our business. Additionally, you'll provide administrative support to our Principals.
Working closely with our Executive Assistant and the wider team, you'll be at the heart of the office, helping to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while building positive relationships across the business.
What you'll be doing
You'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of our office ensuring our reception and client experience are second to none. You'll also be providing administrative and personal assistance support to our Principals.
From managing diaries and inboxes to coordinating meetings, events, catering, and office administration, you'll thrive on variety and enjoy being the person who keeps everything organised. You'll welcome clients and visitors, support the Client Services team when needed, maintain accurate records and systems, and take pride in creating an environment that is enjoyed by our team and clients (bonus points if you know your way around a coffee machine!).
About you
You're someone who loves helping others and takes pride in being efficient, reliable, and approachable. Whether your background is in reception, administration, personal assistance, or office coordination, you'll bring excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease. You enjoy delivering great customer service, and approach challenges with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Most importantly, you'll be a team player who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture and making a genuine difference to the people around you.
Why join us?
At MGI+MORE, you'll be joining a values-led business that genuinely cares about its people. Our values of Together, Impact, Agility, Empathy, and Enjoy shape how we work and support one another every day.
In return, you'll enjoy:
- A varied and engaging role where no two days are the same
- Stunning new offices in Auckland's Wynyard Quarter
- The opportunity to work closely with experienced leaders and professionals
- Ongoing learning and development opportunities
- A supportive, collaborative, and people-first culture
- Being part of the wider +MORE Group network
If you're an organised self-starter who enjoys helping others, creating great client experiences, and keeping things running behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
