Job Description

The Receptionist & Retail Assistant will be the first point of contact for guests at Studio Fondue, providing a warm and welcoming experience while supporting daily studio and retail operations. Responsibilities include handling check-ins, bookings, phone and messaging inquiries, processing payments, maintaining records, assisting customers with classes and memberships, and supporting retail sales through product recommendations, store presentation, restocking, and inventory support.

• Female
• Live in Bali
• Fluency in English is essential
• Minimum 1 year of experience in receptionist/front desk and retail or sales roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and cashier/POS system knowledge
• Good understanding of product knowledge, customer engagement, and retail store operations.
• Ability to stand for extended period, and maintain a neat, organized retail space.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
