Key Responsibilities

· Manage reception and welcome customers/visitors professionally.

· Handle incoming calls, customer enquiries, and messages.

· Coordinate with Sales Executives for leads, quotations, appointments, and follow-ups.

· Maintain customer, enquiry, quotation, and sales records.

· Assist in preparing quotations, reports, and sales documentation.

· Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, and Accounts teams.

· Communicate with customers through phone, WhatsApp, and email.

· Support the Sales Team in day-to-day coordination and administrative activities.

Desired Skills

· Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

· Good command of Hindi & English.

· Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email & WhatsApp.

· Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.

· Pleasant personality, professional attitude, and presentable appearance.

· Freshers with strong communication and computer skills may also apply.
