Position: Telecaller & Receptionist

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Attend customer inquiries and provide information about company products and services.
• Welcome visitors and clients at the reception.
• Maintain visitor and call records.
• Make follow-up calls to customers and clients as required.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the concerned team.
• Maintain basic office records and documentation.
• Handle emails, messages, and basic computer-related work.
• Coordinate with different departments for customer requirements.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and welcoming environment at the front desk.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Confident and polite personality.
• Good telephone etiquette.
• Ability to handle customers professionally.
• Fresher candidates can also apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

• Female/Male candidates with a pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Candidates who are comfortable with telecalling and front-desk responsibilities.
• Candidates residing in or around Mansarovar, Jaipur will be preferred.
