Core Responsibilities

• Visitor Management: Greet clients, candidates, vendors, and guests promptly, issue visitor badges or access passes, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Communications: Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls on a multi-line system, take accurate messages, and respond to general email or front-desk inquiries.
• Scheduling & Calendars: Maintain appointment calendars, book and prepare conference rooms, and coordinate internal or external meetings.
• Mail & Logistics: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and courier deliveries, and manage outgoing correspondence.
• Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and managing office inventory or supplies.
• Security & Compliance: Monitor front-desk security, enforce building access policies, and maintain strict confidentiality regarding visitor records and corporate information

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
