About Us

Integrated Chiropractic & Rehab (formerly Roseburg Chiropractic) is a busy, patient-focused chiropractic office dedicated to helping our community feel and move better. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant to join our team and be one of the first faces our patients see.

What You'll Do

Front Desk & Patient Care

• Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out
• Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments
• Maintain patient records and update information as needed
• Collect co-pays and process basic payments
• Keep the front office and waiting area organized and welcoming

Chiropractic Assistant (CA) Duties

• Room patients and prepare them for treatment
• Assist the doctor during exams and adjustments as directed
• Set up and operate therapy modalities (e.g., e-stim, heat/ice, traction) under supervision
• Take and record vitals, treatment notes, and progress updates
• Educate patients on home care exercises and stretches as instructed
• Maintain treatment rooms — cleaning, restocking, and sanitizing between patients

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable learning hands-on clinical tasks (no prior experience required — we'll train you!)
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Basic computer skills (scheduling software, email)
• Prior experience in a medical/chiropractic office or customer service is a plus, but not required
