We are an ultrasound focused clinic providing a wide range of scan types and a session of guided ultrasound injections once per week.

We are a small ultrasound clinic looking for a part time medical receptionist to join our small but close-knit team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional yet personal healthcare setting, and who values meaningful interactions with patients and staff alike.

The role is part time permanent with work days being Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (8 hour days).

🔹 About the Role:

As our receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming patients and managing check-ins
• Answering phone calls and handling appointment bookings
• Managing patient records and referrals
• Maintaining patient confidentiality at all times
• Processing all types of payments
• Providing administrative support to our sonographers and wider team
• Assisting with the upkeep of the clinic

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a medical receptionist or admin role (preferably in radiology)
• Able to perform data entry to a high degree of accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with care and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365
• Flexibility to cover additional hours on a casual basis as needed
• The desire to be an integral part of a small team
