Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle walk-in guests, reservations, and room bookings.
• Answer phone calls, messages, and customer inquiries.
• Check guests in and out efficiently.
• Process payments and issue official receipts.
• Coordinate room availability with the operations team.
• Maintain accurate reservation and guest records.
• Promote current packages, events, and special offers.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and turnover documents.
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree or at least two (2) years in college.
• Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, customer service representative, or in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
• Computer literate (MS Office and basic POS systems).
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Honest, reliable, and customer-oriented.
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in KTV, hotel, restaurant, superclub, or entertainment establishments.
• Cash handling and basic cashiering experience.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to upsell rooms, packages, and promotions.
