About the Role

Permanent, Part Time

Be the friendly face of NZCR and help create a welcoming experience for every participant, visitor, and team member who walks through our doors. Reporting to the Office Administrator, you'll support reception, administration, facilities, and office operations while working closely with the wider team to ensure our workplace runs smoothly and participants feel supported, valued, and safe.

Key responsibilities:

• Welcome participants, visitors, and contractors
• Manage calls, enquiries, mail, and courier services
• Coordinate participant transport and travel bookings
• Maintain visitor sign-in and reception systems
• Support office supplies, kitchen stock, and meeting spaces
• Assist with security access and building operations
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Keep records accurate, compliant, and audit-ready
• Support onboarding and general office administration
• Provide practical assistance to participants and staff as needed

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a varied, people-focused environment.

• Experience in reception, hospitality, healthcare, or service
• Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Flexible, proactive, and happy to support where needed
