Receptionist (前台接待员)

Responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors, picking up telephone calls

• Arranging conference room and video conference room bookings

• Ordering in-house lunches, breakfast meeting and lunch seminars

• Events co-ordination, preparation and setup

• Work place tidiness, health & safety

• Stationeries and inventory checking and control

• Shift duty is required, with rostered hours between 07:30-18:30

Qualification:

• 1-2 years of experience in related field and industry preferred
• Experience in the F&B/ Hotel industry is a definite advantage
• Pleasant personality, friendly and customer-service-oriented attitude
• Willing to learn, a self-starter, strong team spirit, proactive and pragmatic
• Basic knowledge of MS office applications
• Good command of English and Mandarin
