About the Role

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our company. You will handle guest reception, calls, admin tasks, and ensure smooth front office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Greeting: Welcome visitors, manage visitor log, and provide a professional first impression

Call Handling: Answer, screen, and forward calls. Manage emails and correspondence

Admin Support: Handle courier, mail, meeting room bookings, and office supplies

Data Management: Maintain records of visitors, employees, and daily reports in Excel/Keka/HRMS

Coordination: Coordinate between departments, clients, and management for meetings and

deliveries

Billing & Payments: Handle basic billing, petty cash, and invoice processing if required

Office Upkeep: Ensure reception area is neat, tidy, and presentable at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Communication: Excellent spoken and written English + Hindi. Professional telephone etiquette

Presentation: Well-groomed, polite, and confident personality

Technical: Basic computer knowledge - MS Office, Email, Keka/HRMS is a plus

Personality: Customer service oriented, multitasker, problem-solving attitude

Other: Prior experience in front office/reception is preferred but freshers can apply
