Receptionist

We are seeking a professional, organized, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our law firm. This role is key to delivering excellent client service and supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

$20 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and manage front desk operations
• Answer and route calls, emails, and messages (English & Spanish)
• Maintain client files (Clio or similar system)
• Handle mail, deliveries, and office coordination
• Order supplies and maintain office inventory
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and team members

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• 2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience (legal preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Clio legal software system a plus
