Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, professional and reliable Receptionist to provide short-term leave cover for a busy corporate office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the face of an organisation and thrives in a fast-paced front-of-house environment.

• Immediate Start | 20th August – 28 August 2026
• Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Location: Magill, SA

The Role

As the first point of contact for visitors, clients and staff, you'll be responsible for ensuring the reception area operates smoothly while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. You'll complete a handover on Thursday, 20 August, before independently covering the reception desk from Friday, 21 August through to Friday, 28 August.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and managing front desk enquiries
• Answering, screening and directing incoming phone calls
• Monitoring and responding to shared email inboxes
• General administrative support and data entry
• Managing appointments and meeting room bookings
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing couriers
• Providing day-to-day administrative assistance to the wider team

About You To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house position
• A warm, professional and approachable manner
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
• Confidence using Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft Office Suite
• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
• Experience with Team Global Express (formerly Toll) courier bookings will be highly regarded
