Receptionist

1. Job Purpose

To manage the first point of contact with guests, ensuring a seamless transition from arrival to seating. This position is responsible for maximizing table occupancy through strategic reservation management and maintaining an organized, welcoming atmosphere.

1. Duties and Responsibilities

• Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests promptly and warmly upon arrival; maintain a professional and polished appearance.
• Reservation Management: Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries; manage the digital or manual reservation book to optimize seating.
• Guest Flow: Coordinate with the FOH team to manage guest flow during peak hours, ensuring wait times are communicated accurately.
• Administrative Support: Perform data entry, and documentation of daily guest counts.
• Area Maintenance: Ensure the reception, entrance, and waiting areas are clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
• Operational Coordination: Communicate special guest requests (e.g., birthdays, allergies) to the servers and kitchen team.

1. QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related Business course.
• Prior experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Written and Oral Strong Communication skills (English & Filipino)
• Basic computer literacy,
• Ability to multitask under pressure.
