​Job Overview ​Position: Medical Receptionist ​Location: Springvale 317.

​Employment Type: Full Time ​

Pay Rate: Start $28 per hour

​About Us: ​We are a small, friendly solo medical practice looking for a welcoming front-desk receptionist to join our team. Being able to speak and understand Khmer fluently is required, as many of our patients speak Khmer.

​What You Will Do

Greet Patients:

Welcome patients warmly as they arrive and help them feel comfortable.

​Language Support: Translate and communicate with Khmer-speaking patients

​Book Appointments: Schedule, change, and confirm patient visits over the phone and in person. ​Reminders and Recalls.

Answer Calls: Excellent communication telephone skills

Answer phone calls, take clear messages, and answer basic questions.

Billings and basic accounting knowledge:

Keep patient records updated and help keep the front desk and waiting room neat and organized.

​What We Are Looking For

​Language: Fluent in English and Khmer (required).

​Friendly and organized. Able to organise and manage medical and office work

Experience in Medical software

Customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
