About the role

We are seeking a professional with an impeccable presence, excellent communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail to join our team as a Corporate Receptionist / Front of House Representative. The role's mission is to ensure a premium welcome for visitors and employees, providing a high-end reception service alongside administrative and spatial organization support. This role combines front-of-house protocol with essential operational tasks, ensuring a polished and professional workplace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a professional meet-and-greet service and handle telephone enquiries for visitors, clients, and senior management
• Ensure a warm, professional welcome that upholds the corporate brand at all times
• Prepare and offer refreshments (coffee, water, etc.) to visitors and for scheduled meetings
• Manage and log visitor access and coordinate couriers and deliveries
• Oversee meeting room bookings, carry out room set-ups and ensuring rooms are correctly prepared (cleanliness, materials, and catering where applicable)
• Support the coordination of internal events and high-profile visits
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail by sorting, recording, addressing accurately, and ensuring timely delivery to recipients
• Maintain the standards and tidiness of the reception and communal areas
• Perform core administrative duties (reporting, logging incidents, internal documentation)
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for all
