About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and confident Receptionist to be the face of Lane88. You will welcome guests, handle bookings and payments, and make sure every customer has a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a friendly attitude.
• Handle bowling and arcade bookings and customer enquiries.
• Operate the POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and basic customer requests.
• Provide information about Lane88's activities, offers, and events.
• Coordinate with the floor and operations teams when required.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve basic issues professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
• Support daily front-desk operations and other tasks as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or entertainment is preferred.
• Good spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Basic computer and POS knowledge.
• Friendly, confident, and presentable personality.
• Energetic and comfortable working in a fun, fast-paced entertainment environment.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Arabic language is an advantage.
• Additional talents such as dancing, singing, or other creative skills are a plus.
