Receptionists are not just front desk staff — they are the first and last impression for every client. Their role is to provide a welcoming, professional experience while driving engagement in reviews, referrals, and promotions under the Center Manager’s direction.

Client Experience Standards

• Stand up, smile, and greet every client by name when possible.
• Use positive body language (open posture, eye contact).
• Thank each client sincerely at checkout.

Core Duties

• Check-In & Check-Out – Ensure smooth arrival/departure, accurate billing.
• Calls & Texts – Complete assignments from Center Manager (confirmations, follow-ups, reactivations).
• Cancellations/Reschedules – Update system immediately and inform manager of repeat no-shows.
• Daily Promotion – Ask for reviews, encourage Instagram follows, distribute Friend Passes, and promote Convoy of Hope.
