Our client is growing fast, and we’re looking for a bubbly, organised, people-focused Receptionist to become the face of our business.

This is far more than a reception role. You’ll help manage enquiries, support the sales team, follow up leads, assist clients through selections, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Your Day-to-Day

• Managing phone and walk-in enquiries
• Welcoming clients to the showroom and factory
• Booking consultations and quote reviews
• Following up quotes and stalled leads
• Updating CRM systems and client notes
• Supporting the sales team with pipeline management
• Helping coordinate team events and office support

About You

• Friendly, professional, and confident
• Highly organised with strong multitasking skills
• Great with people and customer service
• Experience in admin, reception, sales support, or customer service
• Comfortable learning systems and CRM platforms
• Positive attitude with strong initiative
