About the Opportunity

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our Inverellteam on a Part-Time basis.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
• Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
• Operate our booking system efficiently.
• Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.

About You

In addition to your passion for excellent customer service and organisational skills, you will bring:

• Ability to operate in a busy environment and multitask.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient care.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service.
• Advanced computer skills with adaptability to various databases and systems.
• Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
