A reception role welcoming and greeting clients and customers in a warm and friendly manner, answering incoming calls, providing information, and addressing client inquiries professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients/customers in a warm and friendly manner
• Answer incoming calls, provide information, and address client inquiries professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Take advantage of persuasive communication skills to promote the company's product to clients/customers
• Maintain workplace security

About you

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, Mass Communication or equivalent
• At least two years of working experience in the related field
• Outstanding customer service orientation
• Able to display tact, courtesy and initiative
• Team player and can work under minimal supervision
• Pleasant positive attitude
