Harcourts Property Hub is seeking a friendly, organized and professional Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our staff, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key responsibilities

• Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team member
• Greeting clients, visitors and other stakeholders in a warm and professional manner
• Managing general enquiries and taking accurate messages
• Assisting with stationery orders and maintaining office supplies
• Helping ensure reception and shared office areas remain clean, tidy and presentable
• Providing general administrative support to the team as required

• Communicates confidently in person and over the phone
• Is organised, reliable and attentive to detail
• Takes pride in maintaining a welcoming and presentable workplace
• Can manage multiple tasks and enquiries efficiently

Previous reception, customer service or administration experience would be highly regarded; however, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
