Designation :Receptionist

Experience : 1-3 Years

Location : Vapi (Chanod)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and candidates.
• Handle incoming/outgoing calls and maintain visitor records.
• Coordinate with Security for visitor entry and gate passes.
• Receive and distribute courier and official documents.
• Manage appointments and basic front-office administration.
• Support HR/Admin with factory-level coordination.

Skills & Qualification:

• Graduate/Diploma with good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email.
• Presentable, polite, organized, and disciplined.
• Manufacturing/factory experience preferred.
