We are looking for warm, friendly, and service-oriented Receptionists to join our pioneer club teams.

The Receptionist serves as the club’s primary front-of-house contact and first point of interaction for members, prospective members, and visitors. The role is expected to remain visible and present at the reception area for most of the assigned shift, ensuring everyone entering the club is acknowledged, welcomed, and supported in a timely manner. The Receptionist also manages front-desk operations, handles member inquiries and incoming calls, provides accurate information on memberships and club services, and supports membership sales and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Fresh graduates and applicants beginning their careers in customer service, hospitality, or sales are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a strong front-of-house presence by warmly greeting, acknowledging, and assisting members, prospective members, and guests as they enter and exit the club.
• Be based at or near the front-of-house reception area for the majority of the shift, except during scheduled breaks or when performing approved duties elsewhere within the club.
• Manage member check-ins, visitor registration, access concerns, and other assigned front-desk transactions.
• Provide clear and accurate information about membership plans, promotions, club operations, schedules, and services.
• Assist prospective members through the approved inquiry, application, and enrollment process.
• Support individual and club membership targets through ethical and customer-focused sales practices.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, member requests, and basic concerns promptly and professionally.
• Escalate unresolved complaints, incidents, or operational concerns to the Club Leader or appropriate team member.
• Maintain accurate front-desk records, endorsements, checklists, and shift handovers.
• Protect member information and comply with company data privacy and confidentiality requirements.

Pre-Selling and Pre-Opening Assignment

Before the assigned club opens, you may be deployed to designated pre-selling sites, promotional booths, community activations, training venues, or other Smart Fit locations. During this period, you will:

• Engage prospective members and provide accurate information about the upcoming club, membership plans, promotions, and services.
• Support approved lead-generation, follow-up, enrollment, and telemarketing activities.
• Participate in promotional events and contribute to individual and team pre-selling targets.
• Complete required service, sales, systems, safety, and club-readiness training before regular club operations begin.

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Internship, part-time, or volunteer experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, fitness, or front-desk operations is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and common office applications.
• Friendly, professional, approachable, and comfortable interacting with different people.
• Able to explain membership options clearly and confidently support sales conversations.
• Organized, attentive to detail, and able to handle inquiries or difficult situations calmly.
• Willing to work assigned shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on club operating requirements.
