About the Role

J2K Designs & Construction is looking for a presentable, confident, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front-office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and vendors professionally.
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Manage the reception area and ensure a positive first impression.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms.
• Maintain visitor records and front-office documentation.
• Handle incoming/outgoing couriers and official correspondence.
• Support administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Any Bachelor's Degree.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
