Suncourt Hotel is looking for an outgoing, motivated and reliable individual to join our Front Desk & Reception team. Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests
• Work as part of the Front Desk & Reception team
• Handle front office duties and guest interactions
• Manage sales opportunities
• Work with MEWS PMS systems
• Respond resourcefully and proactively when issues arise
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines

About you

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role 6M plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience delivering exceptional customer service
• Experience of working with MEWS PMS systems is preferred
• Confident working as part of a team and individually
• Experience of sales and self-starting ability
• Professional attitude and appearance and excellent organisational skills
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Must be available evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Rotating roster - mix of shifts 6.30am -2.30pm, 2.15pm-10.15pm and 11-7 shifts.
• 1 Position Available - Minimum 32 hours. Maximum hours 38 per week
